Quick Response Unit (QRU) organized
1977
Clark Fork Valley Ambulance organized
1978
CFVA became 501( c ) 3 non profit
1980
First Brand new ambulance
1997
CFVA purchased property for future ambulance building
1999
CFVA built our New Building

Started Construction: Broke ground in early 1999. Finished construction in Fall 2000

2000
Clark Fork Valley Ambulance Service, Inc. incorporated
2000
Second ambulance purchased

The Ambulance was funded from the Idaho EMS Grant III Programs. It was the very first one in the State through this program.  

2012
Third ambulance purchased (stored in Hope)

Since CFVA’s inception it has depended upon dedicated volunteers to come to their community’s aid whenever the need arises. That has not changed in the last 50 years.
